Instructions for submitting an inspection:
1. On the right-hand side, complete the following information for each applicable inspection/location
- Choose the applicable identifier in the drop-down box
- Enter the contact information (first name, last name, email, and mobile number) for the person who will be completing the inspection for that specific identifier
- Click continue
- This will take you to a new screen. To complete the inspection request, you will need to select Send Text or Send Email. This will complete the order by sending a link directly to the contact that was entered for that specific identifier.
- Please be sure to complete this process for each identifier in the drop-down box Please refer to the list we shared outlining which items require inspections.
2. Inspection Invitation
After submitting the form, the designated person will receive a text message or email (whichever option was chosen) with a link that will direct the recipient to download the TruePic Vision application. After the required app is downloaded, there will be clear directives to walk the contact through the required inspection items.
Please notify them in advance so they can complete the inspection as soon as possible.
